The beach was something special and not seen anywhere else and it was a pleasure to go to the beaches in the dead sea, the room with a view of the sea and the beach was very impressive and the conditions were very good, the breakfast was very abundant, varied and very tasty.. .

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff at reception is very helpful and friendly. There's a big car parking near the hotel. The breakfast and the dinner are delicious! The room is quite spacious, the bed is very comfortable. There's a shuttle bus going to the beach every 20 minutes. There's a shop at the hotel with all necessary stuff. Wish I had a longer stay in this hotel.

We got everything we required, from an upgrade for the room to information related to transportation in Israel. We liked the food, the clean room, the swimming pool, the animation team. It was my first time at the Dead Sea and we chose the hotel well!!! as a designer I fell in love with the restaurant. We loved the salt water spa, the saunas and we had a couple's massage which was perfect!!! a dream! Upon arrival at the hotel (after 3pm), we were very well taken care of. Alina was the evening manager and she was a sweetheart!!! we felt welcome. Thank you very much Alina! If there was one thing I would like to see improved the next time I come back, it is in the cleanliness of the rooms and the attention to details in the room like repairing the door handle, cleaning our outside sofa... and other minor imperfections but I will definitely come back and take my parents with!

The staff was very kind in the reception, the dinining room and the SPA. We got an upgraded room with a teriffic view of the dead sea and Jordan (amazing sunrise) by Moran even without requesting. Both the breakfeast and the dinner were amazing with a lot of healthy food. My wife took a deep massage treatment and she was very satisisfied.
