United KingdomThe hotel was beautiful and very clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly. In particular the GM Mr S Fernandes. He made us feel so welcome. He did everything in his power to make our stay enjoyable. It’s a great hotel in a good location but it is the staff that made it special
