The property is great as you would imagine for Hyatt but what makes it amazing is the staff. We were here earlier in the year and came back for one reason - Mathan - he was amazing and made our stay and has been the same also this time. Nothing is too much trouble for him and it has made our time in Chennai perfect both visits. All of the staff are great with everyone friendly and helpful which is why we chose to come here again when there are so many choices in Chennai

Loved the decor very quint and classy. I stayed with my family. We got a 2 bedroom apartment plus a connecting room. Everything was provided. We had a washing machine and dryer, induction cooker, and even scissors were provided. Clean. Loved the lobby sitting area for work and meeting friends.
