Loved the exceptional friendliness and care by all staff. From Hita at the Front Desk, to Koshy at the Business Centre, all the way to Sujata as front of house at the restaurant, Gaurav the Restaurant Manager and especially my favorite waiter Abhishek, I couldn't be more impressed by my experience! The staff are very friendly and helpful and accommodating. Especially housekeeping Lavanya and Sentil Kumar and Priya from the front desk. I was even surprised at the airport when I was meet by a gentleman which was arranged by the hotel to assist us because we had alot of luggage. Expectional service.

    the breakfast buffet was incredible - so much choice and of high quality. The spa area was phenomenal, my dad enjoyed the male section and me, my sister and my mum enjoyed the steam room, sauna and jacuzzi. The bathrooms were so well appointed and the room was absolutely gorgeous. The facilities were second to none and also they gave me a birthday cake for my birthday! was really touched! The staff there, at each level and department, went over and beyond - this was our favourite stay of our 2 week trip!

    The staff were particularly attentive and helpful. The ambience of the whole hotel was luxurious and comfortable. The bedroom was spacious with a beautiful bathroom with a spa bath and a great shower room. We particularly liked the separate dressing room. The swimming pool and surrounding area was relaxing with attentive staff providing towels and water.
