The staff is very courteous but they are swamped with work which makes it difficult for them to manage certain things. The location , the beach, the paddy is perfect ! Rooms are spacious , bathrooms are well ventilated and the balcony is great. Food is on point . A lot of vegetarian options which is a rarity in Goa! The junior suite room was nice and big, with a big outdoor seating area. The bathroom is huge and well equipped. The spa services were good. The food was excellent.
