Duty manager Randev was extremely helpful and cordial. He made us feel very comfortable and attended to our personal requests very swiftly. The staff is exemplary, and do everything possible to fulfill your requests. The spa has great treatments. The rooms are large and comfortable, and the whole property is beautifully designed with stylish architecture and extensive outdoor grounds to enjoy time outdoors. There are live performances, sports and play activities for adults and children, and the food in the restaurants is of world class standard. The Japanese restaurant is particularly outstanding. I cannot recommend this hotel enough, we had a wonderful stay!
