The property itself is beautifully managed and maintained. The customer services is wonderful and the staff is extremely helpful and courteous. Check-in was efficient and quick even though we arrived quite late in the day and they were very accommodating with check out. Our stay went without a single hitch and staying at Taj is always a pleasant experience!

I recently stayed at The Westin Gurgaon, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way. The hotel is conveniently located about 20 minutes from Indira Gandhi International Airport, making it a great choice for travelers. From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable. The staff was welcoming and efficient, ensuring a smooth check-in process. My room was spacious, modern, and beautifully maintained, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. What really stood out was the attention to detail and the level of comfort provided. The hotel’s location in Gurgaon is also a bonus, placing it close to various business and entertainment areas. Overall, The Westin Gurgaon is a fantastic choice for both business and leisure travelers, offering luxury and convenience near the airport. I highly recommend it and will definitely stay here again on my next visit.

The staff is exemplary, and do everything possible to fulfill your requests. The spa has great treatments. The rooms are large and comfortable, and the whole property is beautifully designed with stylish architecture and extensive outdoor grounds to enjoy time outdoors. There are live performances, sports and play activities for adults and children, and the food in the restaurants is of world class standard. The Japanese restaurant is particularly outstanding. I cannot recommend this hotel enough, we had a wonderful stay!

I have stayed at many hotels around the world, including those rated 5 stars. This hotel would rate as one of the “very best” I’ve stayed at. It’s not overly luxurious but very well appointed. The Crowne Plaza Gurugram exudes a wonderful ambiance coupled with incredible service. Moreover, breakfast and dinner options and food quality is amazing.
