Four Points by Sheraton Navi Mumbai is a very nice hotel and you feel welcome from the very first moment you enter the hotel's property. All employees were very polite and nice and a wonderful news for us was that it was possible to check-in bit earlier. The room itself, King Deluxe Suite, was nice and spacious, including all essentials you can think of. But what I liked the most was comfortable bed, which we both really enjoyed. A big bonus was also the pool area and a gym, which I visited both. It was also possible to order food to pool area.

Me and my S/O had a 6 day trip and chose this stay and i’m very pleased with it. Let’s start with the price - for what they prove it’s so worth it. Here are some things are really appreciated about them. > Daily housekeeping and complimentary breakfast and 1L water. > Any small or big accommodations requested they tried their best to fulfil them. > The food you can order is tasty, good quantity and well priced. > The rooms are so clean and the interior décor is beautiful & aesthetic. > The staff is friendly and helpful. > The location is at a prime spot and close to the station. The team at the hotel are exceptional, very friendly, they really make you feel home away from home . The management to the staff are very very nice . The girls in guest relation are extremely nice . The room was so nicely decorated and the city view gave it an extra dimension. This hotel has en excellent Indian cuisine restaurant called Jyran. We ate there 3 times! The food was so good we didn't try any of the other restaurants in the hotel. Breakfast buffé was also excellent with great variation of hot and cold food, including a lot of nice indian dishes. Staff was super friendly and helpful in every way! Security is high since all persons entering have to scan all luggage and bags. The area is also very safe and calm and within walking distance to some shopping malls.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect in every aspect – from the quick and smooth check-in to the clean, comfortable, and well-maintained rooms. The staff were excellent, always polite, attentive, and ready to help with a smile, which really made the experience special. The location is another big advantage – it’s very close to Sakinaka Metro Station and also just a short drive from the international airport, making it super convenient for travelers.
