We booked this accommodation at short notice, we arrived in a thunderstorm with touring bikes. booking.com had screwed up where we were supposed to be staying and did the same thing here. Thankfully the host was absolutely brilliant. He opened up extra facilities for us that fully met our requirements. He let us store our bikes securely and he is a genuinely nice, humerous friendly person. In the morning he made sure that our bikes were readily available for us and wished us well for our onward journey. Things could have gone much worse, thanks to the poor systems of booking.com, thankfully there are nice, helpful people, like our host, who seem happy to help.

Warm, the kindest hosts. Excellent hospitality. Our room was so pretty, excellent. The breakfast was top tier, it included local and organic products. One of us had food allergies and these were handled so well too. The dogs were so friendly, soft and adorable. The area where the property is located is great, quiet, very peaceful. We had a wonderful stay. The hosts were so kind to recommend and book a place to dine out and where the staff happened to be the kindest of people as well.

I loved everything! the place is stunning and very comfortable! Serena and Simone were great host, with lota of insightful tips too! I enjoyed the jacuzzi (room temperature) overlooking the view and the complete breakfast offered. The room was large and comfortable (I slept very well there). also, reaching out the location and parking was easy

The accommodation was a little house on the side of a hill with great views of Orvieto and the countryside. The house had good food supplies, and they provided a special dessert for us. The rooms were comfortable. They can also arrange a hot tub. The surrounding countryside is good for walking, with views of Orvieto in the distance. There is a safe grass area for playing with small children. The staff were very helpful. We felt it was a beautiful location to see this part of Italy.

Luxurious and large room and bathroom. Excellent bed. Peaceful location with plenty of parking and great hikes in the hills. Breakfast was plentiful with great Italian cakes. Good value for the quality. We will definitely come again.
