Great new BnB in Barolo, just 5 min walk from the castle and Wine Museum (which is highly recommended for visit). Everything is clean, made with a good taste, the highlight was a breakfast, prepared by Francesca, made of high quality local products. And you get a free parking on a protected territory.

VINEHO was the most perfect experience. I was going to stay in Alba for 5 nights, but I decided to treat myself, and it was the best decision I could make. I was worried that my expectations were too high as I have Italian heritage, and I love Barolo wine, but VINEHO blew my expectations away! I was a solo traveller (in my early 30s), and even though I was the only guest for my whole stay, it was magnificent. Cristina was an extremely helpful, friendly, and hospitable host. She allowed me to check in early and responded to my WhatsApp messages within minutes. Each time I saw her, she had a glowing smile, and she happily chatted with me in our mix of English and Italian. Lucia, Cristina's daughter, was also very kind and sociable. Lucia was always present during breakfast. She made coffee and happily conversed with me about VINEHO, the vineyard, and life. I also had the pleasure of briefly meeting Lucia's nonna and nonno, who were both very happy and welcoming. The breakfast was a highlight - in addition to Lucia's warm pressence, there was delicious Italian food prepared by Lucia's nonna each morning, plus a range of fruit from the garden and other homemade cakes. Everything reminded me of my nonna's cooking. And if everything above isn't enough to convince you, the pool was magical, the views were stunning, the apartment was spacious, comfortable, and well equipped... 10/10 I will return! The room was very clean and nice bedding. The breakfast was so very nice with homemade bread and pasties, in addition to almost anything you want - so many choices. Both Raphaela and Kiersta were so helpful and kind. We tasted the wine produced by Raphaela and of course had to buy a bottle. It was superb. In warmer weather, I would love to have been able to sit outside for breakfast or for and evening.

Absolutely everything is charming and perfect! The hotel is beautiful, full of charm and with new facilities. Our room was small, but great bed, quiet, bathroom with beautiful view and excellent shower! Delicious breakfast, with local products. We did the wine tasting of the hotel’s family production and it was amazing too. Thanks and special mention to Eleonora, one of the owners of the place and who takes care of absolutely everything with a lot of love, care and sympathy - I became a fan. We will certainly be back!!

We had the suit and it’s just spectacular. The view over the valley from the bath is one in a million. The sauna, steam bath and pool are well set up. The garden has enough spots to chill out. And of course the wines from Fontana Freda and Borgogno well priced and so delicious.
