Fantastic location and oozing with history. The staff are so helpful, attentive, warm and friendly. We received a generous upgraded room at check in and were also delivered a welcome gift of fruit and sweet and savoury snacks/treats brought to our room just after we arrived. Our room was so unbelievably comfortable, and maid service was perfection, always on hand to replenish toiletries, mini bar or assist to any request. We asked for plates to be cleared from our room on the first evening and when we returned, much later, our housemaid had performed a full bedtime turndown service for us, placing slippers at each side of the bed, drawing blinds, turning on bedside lamps and our bathroom was fully refreshed. Quisisana truly did welcome us and made us feel at home!! Breakfast was also amazing with a young violinist playing in the background! Excellent choices of foods at breakfast and a great variety of options.

Amazing!!! Such a beautiful hotel from the minute you stepped through the front door. Never wanted to leave the pool, great sun beds, pool and attentive staff to help with every whim. A peace of heaven. Use the shuttle bus to get your luggage down to ferry.. 15 euros each piece. Saved a lot of hassle. Capri in the evening great once the day 'tourists' have gone.

Everything!!! Location is great, very discrete and comfortable with professional and helpful stuff! Rachel made our stay great, she was very helpful and she completely managed our stay, making all kind of arrangements for us, like boat rentals and restaurant reservations! Our stay in Capri was absolutely exceptional. The location and especially the view were simply breathtaking. Waking up every morning to the sight of the Faraglioni was a once-in-a-lifetime experience, truly stunning and unforgettable. The view alone made our stay incredibly special, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to enjoy Capri. Highly recommended!
