Anna and Giuseppe are the heart of this beautiful hotel, which was built in 1828 as a house and then was bought by Anna’s family in 1974, only to be reverted into a hotel a few years ago. I don’t know which words to use for this marvellous place so my writing won’t fail expressing what my eyes have seen. The room, Dante, not huge but of a good size with a nice walk in bathroom and lots of space to store luggages and clothes. The bed super comfortable with all sort of accessories for the stay, such as one-use slippers. The whole structure clean and always tidy with a beautiful garden and a lovely sitting area for the breakfast. The breakfast was prepared mostly by Anna, with homemade marmalade and various jam, we were asked if we preferred sweet or salty breakfast, we’ve had bio duck eggs, crostate, freshly squeezed orange juice and many many more. Anna cooked la parmigiana and she saved also for us. The pool area marvellous with all sort of flowers, butterflies everywhere. She advised us where to go too, she gave us her beach towels and beach umbrella.. Thank you Anna and Giuseppe, we’ll see each other again, promise

Piazza Maria Immacolata is very nice place. The appartment wich is in the heart of old town is fantastic. A wonderfull place with a tiny balcony, so if you wish you can take a coffee there while waching the atmosphere in front of the bassilica. Thanks for hospitality.

Excellent communication before arrival. Very rapid response from Angelo to my emails. The apartment was very clean and everything in excellent condition/functioning. Everything that you would need for your stay was supplied. Also, some nice 'extras' from the host (lots of bottled water was particularly appreciated, but also some pastries for breakfast, a bottle of nice wine, butter, condiments etc). The kitchen had all we needed, including nice coffee maker and supplies, paper towel, cleaning materials etc and everything you would need in the bathroom included good towels, shampoos and soaps etc. There was always a parking space directly outside the building, and there was an elevator to the apartment. Angelo met us on arrival (he gave us his phone number so we could contact him at any time if there were any problems - there weren't) and he supplied a map of the town showing places to eat and recommended places to visit. There were shops nearby if you needed to buy anything eg food. Check out was simple, we just left the keys on the table and closed the door. A clean, modern apartment with everything you need for your stay, located within walking distance to a pleasant town with plenty of restaurants to eat out in. Locorotondo made a good touring base for visiting nearby towns, some of which were more crowded with tourists.

A very relaxing and beautiful masseria. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the rooms were we so quiet and well designed. It is a good base to use to explore towns such as Alberobello and Locorotundo. And we alao managed to fit in a trip to the beach at Capitoli. The buffet breakfast had plenty of choice and in a lovely room in the main building.

Gorgeous property with a beautiful laid back, relaxing farm vibe. Stunning grounds. Great swimming pool area. We did the couples massage which was just an amazing spa/massage experience, so relaxing. Beautiful terrace for dinner and breakfast overlooking the olive orchard.

The breakfast spread was like an American banquet! Everything and lots of it. We felt guilty we couldnt eat it all. Luca and Francesca didn’t make a big deal about it. The location was central. Many noteworthy historical sites within 45 mins. drive. Enough to diversify every day.
