We booked a Junior Suite. It was spacious. Air-conditioning was perfect, so was the shower. Power sockets were abundant. Food was plentiful at the buffet breakfast and there were choices of ordered dishes for us to enjoy. Staff were courteous and helpful. The Hotel was about 15 - 20 minutes from the tourist centre. It was an easy walk and good after having the delicious meals at town which sometimes could be heavy. There is a tram station right in front of the Hotel and the tram reaches the Railway Station within 10 minutes.

Staying here was an absolutely amazing experience. The hosts are incredibly kind and welcoming. Their kitchen is fantastic, and they care deeply about the environment — they sort their waste and keep everything clean and eco-friendly. The breakfasts were delicious, prepared with so much love and attention to detail. They even helped me out with hangover medicine, which I truly appreciated! Beautiful comfortable apartment in the city center! Everything is thought out to the smallest detail for the best stay in a wonderful city! We checked in ourselves following detailed instructions from the hosts, everything was easy and clear. A bonus in the form of a bottle of Italian proseccio and sweets was a pleasant surprise. The apartment has everything you need for both a short and a long stay (all household appliances, cleaning products, oil, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, sugar). Very clean with a nice design renovation. There is a guidebook with useful instructions for accommodation and all amenities around (the best places to eat, what to order and where to go), a friendly and attentive host! We were allowed to leave our luggage until the evening. We didn't see everything we wanted in one day, so we hope to come back here for longer!

    The breakfast was wonderful , vegan diet catered for with a fruit salad. The staff were always pleasant and answered any questions. The rooms were a cool place to get away from the city heat so you can enjoy going out later in the day. The spa with jacuzzi and sauna was relaxing. The location was perfect. A fabulous experience for the whole family!

    We had the junior suite which was fantastic! Incredibly spacious and elegant with a massive window with Juliet balcony overlooking the little square. The location was great, without being super busy you were only a few steps from some of the best attractions. We actually only saw the staff on our last day (though we could have seen them before if we had chosen to), which in itself was just the service we were after! The instructions to get in were really clear and overall we just had a great time here. We also loved the jacuzzi bath!

    The room is beautiful with a decent size. The bathroom is also nice. I like the fact we had a 3x separate glass shelves in the bathroom to put our cosmetics- My partner enjoyed using the coffee machine and coffee capsules. It rained heavily on my first day and was so grateful to be able to use the Spa. The spa area is great. Was able to use the jacuzzi, sauna, steamed room as well as having bed lounges area to relax. Hot tea available in the Spa was a nice touch. The receptionist was helpful as well as the breakfast and Spa staffs.
