Everything was perfect. The building and the rooms are beautifully renovated. Cleaning was exceptional. The sea and the main street with good restaurants are within 2 minutes of walking. The breakfast was good quality: a wide selection of sweet and salty dishes, pastries, hams, cheese. There was delicious home made bruschetta, and home made cakes too. There are gluten and lactose free options as well. Safe parking even for larger cars is possible both in the courtyard and on the street, but reserve in advance, as the spaces are limited. I have to mention the staff: Giacomo was the best host whom I ever met during my travels in the last 15 years across Europe. He is super nice, very polite and very helpful. He gave good restaurant advices, he even called and made reservations for us and for many places he can give discount vouchers too. There was also a very nice young girl, who baked the cakes which were amazing. We will definitely come back! Thank you!!

The whole team did everything to make our stay as pleasant as possible! Starting with a warm welcome at the front desk, personal greeting at the restaurant, a cosy room with golf view, an amazing Spa, motivating golf trainer... I could go on for hours. We travelled a lot and we have to say that the whole team lives customer service at its best. The find the right balance between service and privacy. The key here is, that the do it with heart! Starting from leadership and lived throughout the team. Last but not least, the restaurant and food is extraordinary. This is high class cuisine! A peaceful retreat among olive trees and real Tuscan hospitality We had a truly wonderful stay at this beautifully maintained property, lovingly managed by Giorgio and Lorenzo — two hosts who embody the warm and genuine spirit of the Maremma. The estate is surrounded by nature, especially olive trees, creating a peaceful and authentic atmosphere. Our studio apartment was very clean, nicely finished, with a comfortable shower and all the essential amenities. The kitchen is a bit compact, but this is more than compensated by the well-equipped outdoor barbecue areas — some of which can be reserved for private use. Firewood is always available and comes directly from the property, adding a rustic and sustainable touch. The medium-sized pool is well maintained, with an efficient filtration system — perfect for cooling off after a day at the beach. The nearest seaside is Follonica, just 15 minutes away, but if you drive a bit further you can easily reach the stunning Punta Ala. The surrounding area is full of local farms and you can really breathe in the traditional countryside lifestyle that still thrives in this part of Tuscany. A small suggestion: adding some salt, pepper, and a courtesy bottle of water in the kitchen would be a nice welcome touch — a simple gesture that could elevate the experience from 5 stars to "superior"! Highly recommended for anyone looking for nature, tranquility, and authentic Tuscan charm.
