Very nice and cosy hotel located by the lake shore! The view is just breathtaking and all the rooms have a lake view! Fantastic and very big balcony, very nice people at reception desk. Trully a place where we wish to come back ASAP!

Newly renovated apartment, tastefully decorated and in peaceful lake location. Great for small children. Animal sanctuary with exotic birds next door and visible from garden. Property manager was very attentive. Apartment had all necessary equipment for a stay with young baby.

Casa Olea is an amazing option if you are visiting Lake Como - 10 min by car from Menaggio, it was the perfect base to visit the area without staying inside the confusion of the small famous villages. The hotel itself is spetacular, the refurbishment was done very tastefully and the whole hotel is beautiful. The room was very comfortable and had an amazing view to the lake. The shower was for sure one of the best showers I have ever used in my life, and the amenities by Comfort Zone provided a nice touch. The breakfast was excellent and everyone working there was very nice and welcoming. If you are visiting this area, book this place!

Very clean and modern. A spacious apartment with loads of storage space and one of the most dog friendly places we have ever stayed. There is no outside space for the dogs in the apartment block but the edge of the lake and a small dog friendly area is only 200 paces away.     Amazing staff that are willing to help with everything. The food is amazing, breakfast and dinner, with local stuff. Location is also great, with a ferry closeby (20min walk). Also loved the animals there. The spa is amazing, with a jacuzzi, sauna, turkish steambath, cold plunge and relaxation area, all private. EV charger also a bonus.

    We felt comfortable in the family room for the 4 of us. The kids enjoyed the pool and lounge in the garden at the end of the afternoon. We bathe in the lake and enjoyed biking into town for dinner and to the agriculturismo for dessert. In the morning, we biked along the lake and found a better spot for a swim. Enjoyed our stay!

    Very nice location high above the lake Como. Silence, fresh air, birds singing, big room, nice bathroom, everything (including the dining room) very spacious, pretty close to the lake and with stunning sightseeing over the mountains, and over the lake Como (from the descending road towards the lake).
