The hotel was exactly like they say on their webpage! Normally when you book at a hotel, you brace yourself that the pictures no longer represent reality or the hotel ad has just taken it too far. I am happy to say that at Frankensteiner we got exactly the 5-star experience they promised. Thank you so much for making our hotel stay such a wonderful experience. The staff was exceptionally helpful and pleasant. They went out of their way to answer any questions we had and to make our stay the most comfortable possible. The rooms were also a nice surprise... complete with a small kitchen, which we ended up using for several dinners and a nice balcony as well. The showers were also awesome. Great water pressure. No doubt we´ll be back if we ever make it back to Lido de Jesolo.

The staff are above average – kind, tireless, always smiling and polite. Everything is always clean. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are Michelin-level, refined, consistently of high quality. We stayed for 10 days, so we had time to experience everything. The location is excellent, and if we come to Jesolo again, there will be no need to look for another hotel – we won’t. Thank you!

I have not seen such a lovely staff in years! The terrace is top, I enjoyed the breakfast there and late nights out there chilling. The food in general was also perfect.

Jacuzzi bath on the balcony (cleaned every day) and rooftop infinity pool with views of the Adriatic. Free underground parking. Staff generally very friendly

    + super friendly staff + clean interiors +++ a big + for the kids play room/family relax space - perfect when travelling with small kids, having to store something in the fridge (a common one) or microwave kids meal. + it was a hotel for my parents and they already want to come back, saying it's much better than the other one in which they've been coming for 10+ years + nice restaurant downstairs
