Personal is trying to do their best, they are careful and attentive. We parked the car at the paid parking space near the hotel, but at the hotel reception were offered to park temporarily at the hotel garage, to sped our day and move car to a free parking space in the evening. ( there are free (marked white) and paid (marked blue) parking spaces at the parking, and free are usually busy during the day). Views are charming, breakfast is nice, city is very close, villa Melzi is also near.

The property was located on the Lecco lake and very close to the shopping streets and restaurants. From the balcony you can see a bit of the lake. The kitchen is very well equipped. The bathroom has a jacuzzi and an en-suite wash room with everything you need for washing clothes. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. We really appreciated the little bag with shower gel, shampoo and body cream left for every guests on their bed.Everything was clean and tidy. The big flat screen TV with Netflix etc, was one of the nice extras. Our host Alessandro was excellent and deserve a five star rating. He was always reachable by phone and extremely helpful. He speaks very good English and goes the extra length for his guests. We needed an extra set of keys on the one occasion and he specially brought it to us in the city when we couldn’t meet him at the accommodation. We also forgot some jacket’s in the one closet that he kindly mailed to us the next day. His friendly and professional manner was greatly appreciated. All in all a great stay!

The villa on Lake Como provided an excellent setting for our group of seven during our three-night stay. The view over the lake and the surrounding mountains was truly breathtaking and added significantly to the unique atmosphere of the property. The entire house was exceptionally clean and very well equipped. The kitchen, in particular, was outstanding and offered everything we needed to prepare meals together each day. Despite the rainy weather, excursions throughout the region were easily possible. The wellness area with jacuzzi, sauna and hamam offered a pleasant way to end the day and fully compensated for any weather-related limitations. The housekeeper, Ricardo, was remarkably friendly and always ready to assist. He took care of every request with great reliability and even organised a birthday cake, provided by the house as a gift — a gesture we appreciated very much. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would be delighted to return. Thank you very much, Ricardo!

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Promessi Sposi on Lake Como. The design is beautiful and modern, and the view from the rooftop is absolutely breathtaking — perfect for a morning coffee or evening drink. Special thanks to the dark-haired young woman (unfortunately I don’t know her name) who was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. Her attentiveness made a real difference and truly elevated our experience. Highly recommended — we’ll definitely be back!
