this B&B was by far the best we have ever been; Sara and her family and all the staff were so gentle and helpfull during our stay; the housemade breakfast is a dream and they surprised us every morning with new fabulous dishes.. the house and garden are spacious, very clean with a perfect pool and the location near the beaches is perfect. we can only recommend Il Gioiello without hesitation

The hotel was absolutely spotlessly clean and the staff were so helpful, friendly and could all speak English which was great as I have very little Italian. The sea views were a bonus.

What a little Gem of a hotel we can't thank the wonderful staff enough especially front reception Nicola ,Treq and manager Jacopo ,as was all the waiters/kitchen /housekeeping staff just excellent!!. Breakfast was delicious and served with a smile every day .Hotel easy access to fabulous beaches and a few lovely local restraunts .Roof top lovely area but pool very small.The only negative experience was local Taxis (4 in total we were told ,)charged us €55 for a 10 min drive and $160 for a 6am Sunday pick up to airport ( 35 minute.ride) they desperately need ,Uber! Services .The bus is excellent. we got to Lucca and wine tasting in the tuscany hills in 1 hour from the hotel. but doesn't run frequently, and service stops early eve.so recommend to hire a car or bike !! Otherwise, brilliant holiday thank you to all at the Savoy Hotel Italy

Lucca and Francesca were so kind and accommodating, from the first contact to the goodbye. The food was excellent and plentiful, staff lovely, facilities exceptional and the whole hotel was fastidiously cleaned and maintained. We had a wonderful holiday.

    -The morning breakfast was fantastic ! A menu is proposed everyday and you can ask anything, they will make ! -The garden with the pool is heaven, it is quite, clean and very relaxing. There is a spa side in the pool where you can sit and enjoy bubbles . -Bikes to go to the city or the sea are available, it takes 3-5 min to reach each -Rooms aren't so big but enough. Very clean and bathroom clean too.
