Amazing place, looks exactly like on the photos. The room and bathrooms are very large. Great breakfast - in addition to fresh bread and many options you can order toast or bacon (at least with current menu). We were also allowed to do a little later check-out.

This is the place for mature sophisticated travelers who love true luxury - a classy experience without the sophistry of faux luxury - of a beautiful environment, attentive but not cloying service, and spectacular food and wine (their own). Easy to explore baroque city of Noto delights from there and 7 minutes from San Lorenzo beach with white sand and water so clear one can watch fish swimming past. Jessica was very helpful and provided lots of recommendations! We loved the apartment, closed parking space, washing machine, pool! Location is not great for going for a walk, but superb for visiting Noto, Marzamemi, etc. Highly recommended!

In two weeks we visited many beaches and close spectacular cities. My children loved the pool after the beach visits. Apartment was really nice and spacial. We were lucky that we arrived after the fires and had beautiful weather :)

Cozy, stylish, and with local vibe. Comfortable bed and amazing bathtub! Very helpfull and nice hosts. Close to the stores but you need a car to get to places around and it can be great base for visiting local towns, close to the ferry to Malta. From the outside looks a bit rough but whole place has a great potential to be amazing agroturistic location and you have your own studio with privacy.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was absolutely exceptional! kind, attentive, and always willing to help. Although breakfast is usually served at 8 AM, he kindly prepared it earlier for us so we could eat before leaving the accommodation. He went above and beyond to assist us with anything we needed, and it's clear that he takes great care of the property. The cleanliness was outstanding, everything was spotless and well-maintained. And we have to mention the lemon trees in the garden. truly fabulous and added such a charming, authentic touch to the whole experience. Highly recommend this place! ❤️ P.s the pool is open 24/24
