The quality and presentation of the food were outstanding. Additionally, I indulged in a massage and a pedicure during my stay. The entire experience was exceptional. The rooms were perfect, the reception and house keeping staff were very helpful, personable and hospitable. Breakfasts and the dining room service were fantastic and food very tasty, with an excellent selection. We never ever felt under pressure to hurry our meals. The pools indoor and outdoor were great and just right. The shops were only a 10 minute walk away and there was free and safe car parking just opposite the hotel for our hired car. We can't recommend the hotel highly enough. Thank you all at Bellavista.

The hotel is located very central, with charming interior design and a very nice veranda where you can enjoy excellent regional Italian cuisine. It is so perfect because you can easily launch cultural-related trips to Florence or Lucca, or just relax at the pool, or go hiking in the surrounding hills, and then after a long day you can treat yourself to a relaxing massage. What gives it that personal touch is the great service by the owners, reception and food service staff. This was definitely not my last visist to this lovely hotel.
