We were welcomed perfectly from the first minute by Daniel, at reception, who gave us a wonderful upgrade. Our room had a wonderful view of the Duomo of Firenze. We will always remember our stay at Hotel La Gemma.

We booked a Junior Suite. It was spacious. Air-conditioning was perfect, so was the shower. Power sockets were abundant. Food was plentiful at the buffet breakfast and there were choices of ordered dishes for us to enjoy. Staff were courteous and helpful. The Hotel was about 15 - 20 minutes from the tourist centre. It was an easy walk and good after having the delicious meals at town which sometimes could be heavy. There is a tram station right in front of the Hotel and the tram reaches the Railway Station within 10 minutes.

The hotels location is slightly of the center. The apartment was excellent, clean, and has all the amenities. The terra's in the roof is breathtaking.

It was an amazing place, we had a big bed, nice terrace, everything we needed:) it was very nice to live in the city centre! Everybody who works here were nice and kind, also we could leave our bags after checking out and go a tour! I liked here very much, thank you)
