The staff are very helpful and nice. Rooms are nice and clean and the spa is just the perfect thing to relax after a long ride, with indoor whirlpools, regular pool, outdoor pool and the saunas. Even has a kneipp pathway with aromatherapy oils sprayed in the air. Magical. The breakfast was astounding also, everything you could possibly want was an option. The view was great to the hills behind and lake in front. The living area had the most comfy sofas and the bed was super comfy too.
