We had a very bad experience with an Air B&B that we booked first. We booked this last minute standing in the middle of Sorrrento at night. When we arrived at the hotel and I told the owner what happened he upgraded our room for free. I can’t not express what a wonderful stay this was, the hotel has many perks, rooftop terrace, big delicious breakfast every morning, a bar. The owner and his son are the nicest people and they go above and beyond to make your stay as wonderful as possible. They are great people and the staff is just wonderful. The hotel is very clean the rooms are very comfortable and big. The owner and his staff turned what was going to be a very bad experience in Sorrento into a vacation to remember, they really go out of their way to provide.
