Fantastic location. 200 meters from the escalators that lead to the center of the old town. Lovely staff. The host Pietro was very charming and helpful, meeting all our needs. Large room, large bed. Very clean shower and toilet. Everything was clean and tidy as if we were the first to stay there. European breakfast. Free coffee and water throughout the stay. Highly recommend to those coming to Spoleto.

What an amazing space! The location is great close to towns. Breakfast was the most abundant we had our whole trip. Staff were lovely. Parking is easy Would stay here again!

It as a beautiful historic house with a garden in beautiful nature. Bath and kitchen are modern and with all necessary for 4 persons. Very quiet. In the garden is a small pool, possibility for barbecue, very nice table to eat. Optimal hiking possibilities. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful. They have also provided lots of small things for breakfast.

The place is magical and the staff even more wonderful and so open to help and adjust. We arrived late and the manager and chef prepared what they called a simple dinner. It was so much food and so delicious that we couldn't stop eating. On top you have all kinds of animals on the farm and a donkey that walks with you around like a dog. To crown all this, the price that is more than fair. Dinner for 2 with wine costed 60 Euros.
