The unit was great and about a 5 minute walk from the station which was perfect for us as we had big bags to carry. It only takes about 10 minutes to walk into town and even less time to get to the ferry. There is also a little supermarket nearby. The apartment itself was clean and spacious with a lovely view of the lake!

On arrival we got an upgrade to one of the new rooms. The view from the room overlooking the lake was amazing! The room was beautifully decorated and had a lot of amenities including a complimentary mini bar. All the staff we met were lovely and always happy to help!

Angela was friendly and her hospitality was the highest, my wife was very surprised about how clean is the room,specially the bathroom was like her dream,everything you need is there))we have tried the jacuzzi, amazing view and relaxing.If we will decide to visit this area,definitely will book with Da Gigi,thank you for amazing spending time😀

Excellent hotel up in the hills of Varenna, very peaceful and I can imagine it's an Ideal location in the busy months away from the main town. Rita was the perfect hostess, very pleasant and helpful, breakfast was fantastic and the room was perfect and a great size, would highly recommend. My friend and I only stayed one night so feel that we couldn't appreciate it as much as we would have liked! It's a steep climb up cobbles to the top but we enjoy a challenge! Just be careful as very slippery in the wet! Rita kindly offered for us to be picked up from the station or you can get a taxi 😊 Also a short walk up to the castle which is well worth a visit for the history and stunning views

    Excellent location, very modern and new. Very close to all that varenna has to offer and the ferry to go to other parts of the lake. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom is spacious and the views are stunning. The hot tub is an excellent bonus. Check In and check out were smooth as you can do it all yourself
