They allowed us to move in several hours before start check in. Provided very nice breakfast, gave all needed instructions, have lovely mattresses. Water in the pool was warm and prices in bar reasonable

After some initial misunderstanding before we arrived, everything was exceptional. Free of charge upgrade to apartment with sauna & hot tub. Late check out- no charge for car garage also. Any question or request for assistance was immediately responded. They even packed our luggage in the car while we went on the last tour. 5+ star service in 3 star hotel. Highly recommend.

The property is simply a heaven. The garden is well taken care of, the rooms exquisite and everything is thought for you to relax in nature. It is not in the city, so you need either a car or taxi, but the type of property - spa - clearly indicates that. The breakfast is great, everything’s fresh and the people are very nice, willing to help with anything. A taxi ride from the hotel to the city centre & back is ensured by the hosts, & that usually works very good. Relaxation-wise, you surely can stay there and enjoy a restful, beautiful time for recharge. They are dog friendly, & Albus, the dog host is so nice & shy. The Romanian lady cooking the tarts is super nice & she made some awesome desserts. The reception staff was also very nice, helpful and a true joy to talk to. Surely will come back 🫠

I can't say enough about the experience we had at this hotel, and it's all thanks to the exceptional friendliness of our host, Riccardo. Despite our late arrival, Riccardo made sure our check-in was smooth and hassle-free. Riccardo's recommendations for exploring Verona were great, and we were impressed by his knowledge of the city. We only wish we had more time to visit all the places he suggested. Our room was clean and stylish, and having a balcony was a nice bonus that allowed us to enjoy some fresh air and river view. It’s also worth mentioning the breakfast with a wide array of fresh pastries, juices and coffee. Meeting friendly people like Riccardo while on vacation definitely makes the experience better, and it was a pleasure to have him as our host. I’d recommend Alla Riva hotel for staying in Verona. Thanks for the warm hospitality and great service we received!

    A fantastic property - clean, modern and couldn’t be located more centrally! The jacuzzi bath was amazing after a long day of sightseeing ☺️ Leonardo, the host, gave us lots of recommendations for local restaurants, bars, places to visit and what specialties to try. He couldn’t have been more helpful with requests regarding how to get to Lake Garda, best place to visit etc. Had the most fantastic stay and would thoroughly recommend Romantic Verona to stay in ♥️
