We had a wonderful stay and felt very much at home—our whole family really enjoyed it. We especially loved being able to enjoy the hot spring right where we were staying; it was such a special experience. The staff were also kind enough to help us book a local dinner that is usually hard to reserve — we truly appreciated it. We hope you continue to maintain this great service. We would love to come back and stay again in the future!

Excellent breakfast! With a lot of variety. I liked that they borrow a Yakata as well. And the roof top swimming pool and the public bath has an amazing view!!! Very different from others public baths.

Everything! One of the best hotel rooms my wife and I have ever had. Awesome panoramic view over Beppu skyline. With balcony. (Photo is taken from the balcony). One wall of the room consists of a massive window from floor to ceiling. Bed is huge and comfortable. Bathrobes provided. Bathroom with shower and bubble bath. Many (kinky) extras. Very helpful (and discreet) staff. Breakfast and ;-) movies included. Free parking. Highly recommended.

the room is amazing!!! large,full of light and adorable pink! the bath tube outside is the final perfect touch, we enjoyed a hot bath in the evening the the sound of the see as background. we also order dinner in the room and the service was nice and quick. even if the hotel is a love hotel, once you are in the room you will notice at all. I would book this room again and again and I found no less than any other hotel I have been!

Such a beautiful place, lots of space and comfy beds! There is no reception so check-in is purely via video call, but that's not a negative point per se. The person on the other end was very kind and we enjoyed our stay tremendously

    This is actually a love hotel, which makes it very affordable for such a large room. We even had a jacuzzi bath and some of the rooms offered private balcony onsen.

    Swimming pool is super nice with 360° view of Beppu. With floats provided and jacuzzi and sauna. Public bath is with view and necessary amenities. Room is so big and comfortable bed with L shaped sofa. Seaview is awesome though it's raining during our stay. Bathtub in the room with view too, super comfortable. Yukata provided for free and can choose colours at the lobby. Free drinks from 1400-2200 at the lobby, hot chocolate is very tasty. Free self-service amenities at the lobby.
