I definitely recommend getting a unit with an onsen bath on the terrace - it's a great way to relax! They have a shuttle from Kawaguchiko station which is very convenient and they'll drop you off for your ride away too. There are barbeque spaces near the cottages and the houses themselves are very spacious and clean. The Author's lounge was an inviting space to relax with a drink. The artwork on every level really added to the atmosphere. The onsen was lovely and qe really enjoulyed our japanese room and the French dinner and breakfast in the dining room overlooking the mountain. The villa itself was really nice, spacious, and clean. I very much liked the heated floor downstairs and the hot tub in the bathroom. It was a good place to relax and unwind a bit.
