Genuinely the best place I’ve ever stayed, the view of mt Fuji was incredible. Being able to see me fuji from bed. The food from the bbq was varied, high quality and a good amount. Breakfast was also delicious. The hot baths were great and the staff were very helpful and explained everything via google translate.

Spacious room, with a nice view of Mt Fuji (lucky the weather was good). Food (both in room dining and breakfast) was well-prepared and tastes very nice, and the price was reasonable too. Staff are extremely friendly, professional and provided efficient service! Lastly, a great place to stay for car fans!!

A traditional Ryokan in quiet and peaceful place. It was good comunicated with Hakone and all stracttions in the place. The staff doesn't speak english very well, but they were very helpful. Breakfasts in japanese style were magical and very tasty.
