The calm area and excellent views around were one of the better points. The house in and around was very clean and hygienic. Check-in was super easy thanks to the great explanations of the home owner.

Perfect for a winter getaway!! Heated day pool & jacuzzi for all guests on the rooftop, withs sunbeds! Accessible at night for adults as well for 1000 jpy (you get 1 drink from the bar!). Breakfast is amazing! Welcome drink everyday. If you skip the room cleaning, you get towels, amenities and a 500jpy coupon. Staff was nice and welcoming, helpful for tourism recommendations. Hotel is very close to port, for islands day trips, and walking distance from the main steet. I spent a few days for New Year and had an amazing time :) I'll definitely come back if I get the chance.

Exceptional Concierge Service I had a truly memorable experience, thanks especially to the outstanding service provided by Ms Shuizuka Hanashiro at the concierge desk. I had mentioned that I might have a free day for sightseeing, and asked for ideas on how to explore the island. Since the hotel doesn’t offer in-house private car tours, Ms Shuizuka had to check with an external travel agency for options. Despite the language barrier, she went above and beyond—without me even asking, she carefully prepared a detailed itinerary outlining 4-hour, 6-hour, and 8-hour tour options, complete with recommended stops and map highlights to help me visualize the routes. What touched me most was her thoughtfulness: she quietly slipped the documents under my door so I could review them when I returned to my room. Ms Shizuka's proactive, personalised service truly made me feel cared for and went far beyond what I expected. She is a wonderful asset to the hotel and made my stay all the more special.
