- the property was well furnished, very comfortable and was located very close to the city by car - the owner was very responsive by text - the washing machine worked very well - there were 2 bedrooms which provided enough space for my family of 4 - the beds and rooms were very comfortable with lots of space - the car park on site was appreciated - there was internet TV to use

The hotel has its own parking garage where we could leave our car. It is not free, but it is also not expensive. The reception staff spoke English and explained everything to us. The hotel is old, but the room was nice and clean. It was also spacious and we had a direct view of the volcano! The bathroom was perhaps a little small and the only really worn-out part of the room. However, it was clean and provided everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning and Wi-Fi worked perfectly. We also used the pool, and our child loved it. The breakfast, which is self-service, was also excellent. The hotel is quite isolated and far from the center. However, it is very peaceful.

Amazing location! Was in a quiet area but just around the corner were a ton of restaurants and it was not far to central Kagoshima. The beds were super comfortable and it had a massive bathroom with a washing machine included. Was definitely large enough to fit our family of five.
