The hotel is very beautiful. Even looks nicer than on the picture. The location is alright. Needs a bit of walk from the station but not too far. The staff and service are great as what you always expected in Japan.

The hotel was awesome. It was clean, the beds where comfortable, there was a tv with Holu. A place for baggage, separate bathroom from the shower. There were new bed sheets everyday and even pijamas in the style of Haori. The hotel has a public hot bath.

Such friendly and kind staff- let my friends leave their luggage there too. Such a beautiful room and modern facilities. Enjoyed using the jacuzzi and they had the sweetest kimono bath robe to relax in after. Would definitely recommend. Fantastic location too right by the Riverside in Gion and only a few min walk from station. Thank you for a wonderful stay ❤️

The breakfast service was a highlight of our stay! The beautiful decor, authentic experience with the irori bbq made in front of you was incredible. Everything was delicious, with strong attention to detail giving you a humble luxury that feels typically Japanese. The room was simply gorgeous and the bed incredibly comfortable. The complementary items (late night soba, stocked fridge) made it even more special and intentional.
