spent 2 months in total in Japan so far and this is the best place we have stayed in. Yes, it's a love motel, but staff were so accommodating, the room was spotless and we couldn't fault the place.

I picked this place last minute on a motorcycle tour of Shikoku. The family that runs this place is wonderful. They're very friendly and helpful and know the area well. The room and bed were comfortable, the Family Mart next door was convenient, and the breakfast provided was oishii!

    Stayed there, because everything else in Kochi was booked for the weekend. The room was super spacious and I loved the bathroom. Many amenities, friendly service.

    Honestly is the best accomodation in Kochi! The room is huge not like the other in Kochi and super clean for a price that is half of other hotels My room had jacuzzi and sauna beside the gadgets of a love hotel I didnt use the karaoke or the big screen The big advantage is that the room was perfectly soundproofed and I slept very well Easy to find and smooth check in and out
