Enjoyed the traditional ryokan experience. Loved the spacious room set-up with tea corner. Comes with traditional onsen experience. Owner-manager was very hospitable, showed us around his property.

I booked a room last minute here as I was traveling past and needed somewhere to stay. It was the cheapest (and largest!) room I stayed at while in Japan, the breakfast was eggs on toast (which was quite a nice change after all the sushi and seaweed I'd been eating for weeks!). My room came with a undercover private car space, and it was huge- almost like a one bedroom apartment with separate toilet, and separate bathroom as well). Very comfortable bed, with radio player as well as TV.

If you want to know and feel the Japanese culture, the taste of real Japanese food and service this is the place to stay. We felt the respect and tradition of our host. The rooms were impeccable, clean and spacious. We were very much impressed with the attention we were given...
