Amazing hotel with very efficient staff. We were upgraded at check in and had a beautiful view from our room. The location of the property is a little away from the train station but that’s a plus. The area overlooks a beautiful park and river view. The Osaka castle is walking distance and we loved the late night walk to the castle which is amazing! Would give Imperial 10/10 for that!

Thr owner was such a lovely guy, the accomodation itself was not only easily accessible, but it is so homely, interesting and just an overall awesome stay for the price absolutely. Getting not only your own record player, but a private rooftop, an absolutely sick bed set up of 3 top 3 bottom, amazingly comfy futons and was just absolutely epic.

Niho was an amazing host. She greeted us in front of the house once our taxi arrived. We loved everything about our stay here, from the ambience, the decoration, the warm welcom, the comfortable beds to the delicious food that Niho prepared for us. The house was beautiful and traditional. Our restroom was very zen and it even had soft music while you're on the toilet. Highly recommended and we will stay here again when we're in Osaka.

We had an emergency situation back at home and needed to leave the following day. From the moment we arrived, the staff went out of their way to assist us. From the check-in, the staff contacted Booking to make the change in our reservation without any extra charge, to the concierge who went out of her way to assist us in purchasing train tickets. She even wrote us a personal note, expressing her sympathy. We cannot express enough our gratitude for their extraordinary service. Breakfast was very good, the bed comfortable and the shower was great. Although we had to limit our stay, this is a hotel that we shall gladly visit again.
