It is an amazing place with helpful staff, the surroundings are so beautiful, and the view on Mt Fuji was the best I’ve seen. (If she shows herself). Would recommend, it’s really peaceful around the hotel.

absolutely incredible. room is nice, extremely confortable. Everyone from the staff is polite, gentle and if I can give you a tip: get the dinner option - is amazing. Is an experience by itself. Onsen is cool and very friendly for first timers and the rooftop view from Mt Fuji… wow.

Great location on this side of Kawaguchiko Lake. Very nice traditional Japanese hotel. It's amazing experience for tourists. The hotel offers shuttle service between the hotel and train station. I paid extra room charge for dinner it's Kaiseki cuisine (I guess?) and it's awesome I would suggest everybody to try it. The hotel also provides amazing traditional Japanese breakfast, delicious food and full set of service. The staffs are very nice and friendly they try their best to help you. THis hotel is one of my best memory of my trip.

Exceptional hotel. Beautiful location. Loved every minute of it. We dined there. The French menu is a work of art and incredibly delicious. The shabu shabu was excellent. And the people working there are the best.

Comfortable, clean and lovely house. Hosts were prompt to respond to queries. Lovely view of mount fuji from the rooms! Wished there was an extra shower cuz for a group of 7 there was quite a queue. Otherwise everything else was fantastic!

i love this place, i got the whole house for the two nights stay. and its conveniently located near 7/11 store (just 2 mins walk). you also can view mount fuji near the road, and the view is amazing. however if you were gonna stay here, rent a car, i dont see any taxis around in the area and also you can drive to different lakes and parks with cars.
