It was squeaky clean - everything was brand-new! It's operated by a resort, so the facilities are all well-equipped. They have a closed (but has an open window counter thing?) patio for BBQ and relaxing outside + a shower outside the entrance to wash off sand from the beach - a kitchen attached to showers and toilet - narrow stairs going up to the second floor with 3 rooms with beds and one futon room + a common room space - outside space to wash and hang clothes. They provide a Pocket Wifi you can bring around too! It's near to the beach, quite near to a lot of attractions too - just across the road you have Shirahama Sengyo (白浜鮮魚), a shop selling the freshest of fish, and 3 mins away an onsen + 足湯 (footbath).
