The location is a fair bit isolated but its nice because of how connected Tokyo is, it feels like an oasis in a city that swamps your attention. We really loved our stay together here. I couldn't be happier with the views of tokyo tower and toranamon from our room.

excellent location in a residential area but 15 minutes close to Shinjuku et many metro stations that take you in 30 minutes to all areas (ginza, asakusa, roppingi) very clean, with amenities to cook small things, and quite spacious apartment for Tokyo very quiet at night and comfortable bed

Amazing attention to detail that made the stay even more relaxing: turndown service, delicious complementary coffee in room, welcome drink, inventive and tasty cocktails in the guest exclusive hotel bar). The immediate surrounding area was very atmospheric and had plenty to do. Recommend getting a reservation at Fuku nearby in particular- we ended up going twice! Friendly and helpful staff who helped us organise reservations, luggage transfer, and gave tips (Tsubasa's 'plan your next day whilst relaxing in the hot tub' tip deserves a special mention). We would go back in a heartbeat (and hope to one day!)

This beautiful bespoke hotel is in the Minato ward and accessible via taxi to all areas of Tokyo city. A 30 minute commute from the airport. The staff are exceptionally gracious and nothing is too much trouble. The facilities are above expectations and cleanliness is paramount. We will be returning and making this our stay point for future business trips.
