A beautiful location. Rriver view is outstanding! During cherry blossoms, it should be absolutely magical. The room is a great combination of a traditional ryokan and a modern hotel, has everything you need for comfortable stay. The staff is friendly and helpful. We also were allowed to leave our luggage before check-in. We visited public baths and liked it.

The house is cosy, clean and well designed. We enjoy our stay very much. Our kids love the hot tub. The vending machine in front of the house is a life saviour. We packed our luggage as light as we could because there is a washing machine with dryer provided in the unit.

The first day we had problem of getting in coz the cleaning service mixed up their schedule. So we waited some time and weather was chilling outside. We chose this house because of its parking garage so we can park our rented car. However, the garage door was broken and we had to park at the paid car park nearby for the first two nights. However, owner was kind enough to prepare a lot of food and beverages to compensate the problems we faced and fixed the garage door by the third day. Although we hope owner learned the lesson to make sure everything is well managed for next guests. We get to own the whole building for ourselves which can accommodate 10ppl although we are a family of 6. Each floor has its own dresser, shower and toilet so no waiting at all! Family Mart and train station just around the corner. Quiet neighbourhood. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. Owner was fast enough to fix the problems we had.

This airbnb is located incredibly close to Fushimi Inari station, it was just 1 minute walk away! Perfect location to get around Kyoto as well. The house was beautifully decorated, as I personally love the wooden aesthetic. There's a nice tea ceremony room where 5-6 people can gather and hang out, which I really liked. The entire place was clean, including the bathrooms and toilets. Very lovely home which I would definitely book again if I go to Kyoto.
