We just loved the place. We stayed only two nights but we felt immediately home. The staff was really kind and very helpful for every needs We had. The place is not only beautiful, but also in a very nice area immersed in the green Karen. Very well places for going to the giraffe centre (15 min walking distance) or to the elephant orphanage (ca 10 min ride). City centre is also only 20 min away by car. We loved the atmosphere, the food and everything the place has to offer. We can highly recommend it.

It was superbly located and within walking distance of my needs. It had all the facilities I needed and was extremely comfortable, but the thing I liked the most was the exceptional hospitality of the staff - every single one of them. I have never experienced a hotel where each and every staff member goes out of their way to ensure their guests are well cared for.

Our flight was delayed from 11 pm to around 1 AM. We found Daniel waiting for us. Daniel was very nice to us. He answered all our calls and text. We had a wonderful lady Martha who came twice a week to do room service. My kids enjoyed playing outside with other kids. The place is very secure with private security personnel who scans all cars and people coming in and out of the complex. It is close to KFC, Quickmart, Naivas, and Domino where we enjoyed shopping. 10 minutes from the eastern and southern bypass /expressway.

The level of service at the front desk was our best in Kenya. Super helpful staff every time. We were able to have to convenience of leaving our bags in early and all the staff were so accommodating with local advice, friendly and professional service. A+ Location and facilities were great. Late bar upstairs was great fun.

I loved my stay at Woodmere, I ended up staying for 3 nights and coming back for one more before I left Nairobi. The staff was amazing, welcoming and very professional. Special thanks to Sheila. She welcomed me on the phone as I was still not sure where to stay and then eventually in the hotel, where she gave me a tour. She also offered advice on further travel and helped me book my ticket. The facilities are amazing - I loved the apartment I stayed in, it had a very homey feel and the most comfortable bed I have slept in. The restaurant is very convenient with excellent service and dining options. Highly recommend Woodmere and would choose it every time I come back to Nairobi.
