A small apartment in the city center, but located on a quiet street. The apartment has everything you need for both short-term and long stays. The check-in instructions were very detailed, and the owner was contactable at any time and answered all my questions to make my stay as comfortable as possible. There is a kitchen with necessary utensils, a refrigerator, a washing machine and an ironing board. The bed is comfortable.

Breakfast was included, and about seven choices were available. They would thus be something for westerners and Asian guests. The breakfast room was in the 11th floor and the large windows gave an impressive view.

Staff are very nice, they come right a way when I have problems. They’re honest as I forget my stuff in our room they came and told us. Service is upscale classy. Drinks and foods are great. Hotel gardens are wonderful.

My room was quite big and spacious and came with a bath and shower and also had a proper balcony you could sit out on (nice to unwind on late at night with a cold Lao beer). Other facilities in the room were good with a good safe for storing valuables and also a smart TV you could access internet on (good if you wanted to watch stuff on YouTube or similar). Breakfast was great with a diverse menu and plenty of food on offer and also plenty of space in the dining area. Pretty good location too with the area being fairly quiet and the town centre and bus station being about five minutes away.
