What makes this hotel exceptional are not just the facilities and the beauty of the place, but really the people. The crew at the welcome and at the restaurant Seasonal Tastes in particular have made our stay incredible: we felt pampered, we felt comfortable, as they are both extremely professional and warm. The smile of people like Roschan, Bertie, Anabelle (to name only a few) and their care for us confirmed our choice even for future stays in. Mauritius. Also, the hotel is in a quiet area with beautiful nature around and the possibility to snorkel and see great diversity of tropical fish very close to the shore already!

I have never met friendlier people than I did at Le Jadis. I would like to think all Mauritians are this way. The service was excellent, the rooms were spacious and even with an entry level room as we had, it was larger than in most resorts with a sitting area, sleeping area, giant walk in shower and bath and separate dressing room with sinks and a makeup table. The food was outstanding, varied and of excellent quality. We enjoyed all manner of Indian specialties and a range of Asian fusion dishes. We enjoyed the experience of a cyclone blowing through on our final days. The hotel staff were gracious throughout, offering in room food service at no additional cost, helping re-book flight and in general, trying to ensure that we still had a superb experience. The freeform pool has a sandy bottom at the entrance; there is also an infinity pool. Lunch is served adjacent to the pool and bar and if you choose, you can eat at a table that is technically in the pool for a 'cool' lunchtime experience.

I had a wonderful experience at the Intercontinental. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went above and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable, especially Ramesh, who was highly accommodating and pleasant. He was always available, constantly making sure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. There were great restaurants within walking distance, with great food and ambience. I highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Mauritius; I will definitely stay there when I come back!

Wonderful stay and beyond expectations. Ideal for large families on long vacation looking for high-end accommodation with value for money. The property was very modern, clean, safe, spacious and comfortable. It was extremely well- furnished with an array of modern and functional amenities and even basic daily household items which were really convenient. On the fancy side, we tried the onsite BBQ grill and the well-equipped kitchen. It was an amazing experience, we received prompt assistance both remotely and physically from staff with regard to igniting fire and operating grill safely. The location is convenient and easily accessible by car and public transport, with shops and restaurants around. The property is very safe with camera and 24hrs security @ gate plus it’s located near the local police station. Special thanks to host Ashley who was very polite, helpful and responded promptly whenever we needed his assistance. We will definitely come back in the future.

    Property right on the beach and a beautiful location. Staff are super friendly and very helpful. Price was expensive but this is the busiest time to stay. The honeymoon suite jacuzzi was outdoors so if booking this again I’d bring some mosquito repellent. Plenty of kids around but the place is so big you can find a quiet space if you want. Definitely will come back again!

    Patio with direct view to the beach and stars down, so you could go into the sea with a couple of steps. Spacious room, with AC that could be set easily. Spacious bathroom. Sufficient power-sockets. Nice pools. Great breakfast with European and Indian dishes. Great internet throughout the hotel. TV which is connectable to the Iphone

    Beautiful resort with everything you need. Swimming pools are massive and lots of space for sunbathing. Beach is small but has a lot of lounging areas and the boathouse activities are great. Room was lovely and clean, spacious and well furnished. Loved the seaview and swing. We would definately return to this hotel. Thank you to Ishmail who made our stay very memorable.

    Property is beautiful. Live entertainment was great. Lots of little private spaces for a relaxed drink and a very fun bar for a more fun an eventful evening. Bar staff was very good and efficient. Overall the food was very good, especially the buffet. The room was spacious with a great view and housekeeping was efficient and friendly. We had a great stay and would easily recommend this hotel👍🏻

    Excellent location, lush green gardens, coconut trees and pools for kids. Spacious rooms. All clean. Never had a problem to find a sunbed. Amazing buffet dining - indian kitchen in Mozaik restaurant or finger food stalls. Departure lounge is a great idea for late departures! Kids club - our kids loved it. Every evening a nice entertainment program in huge and wonderful dining area. Paddle board in price included.
