Such a special and unique experience to live and sleep in the jungle for a couple of days, while totally in the comfort of a modern glass house and private space for oneself. The remote location takes a little preparation but the hosts provided super helpful information and we arrived late at night in the dark with no problem at all.

From the first moments we arrive until the moment we left Yannin and her team treated us wonderfully. They made a special effort to help us celebrate a family birthday. It was a truly fantastic guest experience for us all. Nothing was too much trouble, they made great vegetarian food for us. The food there was first class.

Top Amazing... I don't know where to start....We left this hotel a few hrs ago with a big smile, although we are sad somehow, that the holiday already ends here ... The bars, the restaurants, the snack bar, the kids club, this amazing gourmet restaurant, the cleaning of the whole property, the cleaning of the rooms, the pools, the movie theater, a trampoline park, yoga, water sport ... The whole family had fun. We love it so much. We stayed in so many different hotels... this is our favorite.... It has facilities for the whole family... From the morning till the nights ... sth to do. The food & the drinks have a good quality. Especially the employees, every single one is great, they trying them best to provide a wonderful stay. Tino (waiter), Maurizio (pool concierge), Alizza (Sport & Entertainment), Rene (Lifeguard), John (chef de cuisine) to count only a few of them, did an amazing job. Thank you so much. Cu soon ... We will definitely come back. Unfortunately not tomorrow, as it is not the next corner for us. But we come back :-) Don't miss the Mexican show. I have seen a few. This one was absolutely professional and such a great experience for all ages. :-) Thanks to all :-)

This is a smaller resort, which to us offered a more personal touch. All members of staff we met, were friendly and helpful and couldn’t do enough for us. This was our second visit to dreams Sapphire, the first time we came it was with family, including young children. Rooms were cleaned daily and they also offer a turndown service as well. If we needed anything for the room, we just made a phone call and the items were delivered. We enjoyed our stay so much that we chose to revisit, but this time as we were travelling as a couple, we upgraded to preferred. We loved the preferred pool, especially the Bali beds. We also liked the preferred lounge in the evening, which was much cooler to sit in and wasn’t busy either, snacks/buffet items are laid out as well. There is no entertainment in there, but it is offered elsewhere. We enjoyed both visits equally.

    It's a beautiful resort. Loved the chill out pool area and the main pool was nice too both pool areas are spacious. We never had an issue finding lounge chairs either. I'm not sure if it's the time of year or not, but no issues finding chairs for us. We absolutely loved the coffee shop! The food was really good. Everything was tasty. The room was very comfortable. We enjoyed the activities and shows at night. Loved that it had a small bowling alley too.
