The breakfast was delicious, well prepared, well varied, vary tasty and very mexican. The breakfast exceeded my expectations. The manager Adriana was extremely friendly with us, always taking care of our stay and provided more than what we requested. She exceeded our expectations and she was beyond kind with me and my family. She was sweet, understanding, polite and one of the most committed and responsible persons I have ever met. Thank you Adriana for your marvelous treatment to us, you made this trip unforgettable and amazing!

For starters, it's a beautiful property with a spectacular view of the mountains. I walked to the town centre in less than 20 minutes. The hills and cobblestones in Tepoztlán are not for the faint of heart, but a taxi is 40-50 pesos. The helpful, friendly staff, who seem to be a close-knit family, were always available and ready to drop everything to answer our questions or tend to our needs. The pool was just right for this Canadian after my hike up the mountain and back – my family preferred the jacuzzi! Breakfast was simply superb on all counts: choice, flavour, portions. Please note we stayed two nights, not the "one" shown, and we hope to return in the future

The hotel is small but really quaint, beautiful and comfortable. The swimming pool which was the main feature we were looking forward too, was comfortable and warm and amazing. The rooms were small but comfortable and cozy. The place itself is beautiful, and calm, you get to relax exceptionally well, and it wasn’t expensive. It includes a very simple breakfast of fruit, yogurt, a pastry and coffee or tea, but you can request a sandwich, eggs, juice etc at an additional cost that is excellent value. They can also prepare snacks and other food throughout the day! Which was great for the middle of swimming. The staff is attentive and absolutely lovely, ready to accommodate and make sure you have a great stay! The owner is welcoming and really pleasant and everyone is nice! loved our stay, will be staying here again in the future!

    Stunning location in the mountains, beautiful & peaceful gardens with pools, ponds, waterfall, lush green grass and vegetation. The pool was refreshing but not too cold, and the hot tub was lovely and warm. We had plenty of space and peace and had a very relaxing weekend.
