The facilities are amazing and the staff are delightful. We loved being here for 4 days as we got to use everything. The pool and spa are so lovely after hiking all day. The gym is nice and clean with good quality equipment. Loen is a fantastic destination, so much to see and do. The Fjord and the lake are stunning and it was all easily accessible from Hotel Alexandra. We will definitely be back.

We really liked the interior. Such a Scandinavian vibes. Jacuzzi with a view of the mountains and river. There was also coffee and spices available, which was useful for us. We all really liked it, we had a good time. We were unable to enter the apartment, the code appeared to be incorrect, but we contacted the staff, they were responsive and accommodating, and the situation was resolved quickly.

Great help from the staff and quick replies. Good beds and a really nice outhouse were we ate dinner. Amazing view from the garden! We were allowed to add guests after our booking without any additional fee.
