The Apartment was light, bright and surrounded by gorgeous trees, with a view out over the tree ferns to the valley beyond. Ponga Eco Lodge is a quiet haven, comfortable and relaxing. Jack - the Host - was friendly but unobtrusive, and made us feel very welcome. We had a wonderful two night stay, and would love to return for more. The place was fabulous and the view terrific! I loved the high ceilings and the lovely furniture and decor. The kitchen was superb and had everything we needed including dishwasher and spare garbage bags.

Excellent location overlooking the sea. Bars and restaurants on the doorstep. Deborah and Terry were very friendly and welcoming. Our 2 bed apartment had been recently refurbished and smelled brand new. Bedrooms were lovely and beds were so comfortable, the living area had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We wished we could have stayed longer

Beautiful room with sensational aspect overlooking pier. Bloke on reception (owner) was terrific with respect to giving advice on things to do around the area and beyond. Property was first rate. Pity we weren't there longer!

This is a really nice place and the accommodation was quite amazing. Such a delightful chalet with a lot of character. The shape of the ceiling in the chalet was so different to many of the other places we've stayed. The chalet was well presented and so clean. Staff were warm and engaging and tried hard to make our stay memorable. The location of our chalet on the park maximised privicy. The beach was a 10 minute walk and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay

    Ponga eco-lodge was a lovely escape for myself and my partner. It was lovely to have the e-bikes to explore hahei. Beautifully set in the hills and to be able to relax in the spa to watch the sunset.
