The hotel was the best hotel to stay with my family. From CHC airport, my family and I could go to the hotel by using hotel's car. That was free of charge. The staff was very kind. My son and daughter was very happy to play in the trampoline in the hotel. That was also free of charge. I strongly recommend the hotel to whom stay near CHC airport.

The manager, Will, was very kind. Our accommodation was upgraded, which was a pleasant surprise. Will was often at the front desk, so we could easily reach him whenever we needed assistance, which gave us great peace of mind. He also provided helpful suggestions for our travel plans. We were especially glad to include Willowbank Wildlife Reserve in our itinerary, where we got to see many native New Zealand birds and animals. Additionally, he helped us rearrange our visit to the International Antarctic Center to fit it into the day of our return, which worked out perfectly.
