Exceptional stay from the beautiful grounds, plenty of out door seating, koi pond and hot tub to the immaculate and well appropriated room, kitchen and large bathroom, plus hostess Megan was superb with local recommendations, loved Sanctuary Mountain which we would not have known about. Being right across from Lake Karpiro for the International Dragon Boat Festival was the best!!! Also perfect if you have two couples as there were two separate rooms available.

Holiday Bliss exceeded our expectations - we arrived tired after a long journey to be greeted by clean, comfortable and stylish accomodation, delicious homemade bread, wine, chocolate ( and so many more thoughtful touches that were much appreciated), plus breakfast ready for us to make and enjoy in the morning. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was clean and spacious. We loved the hot tub and relaxing on the decking in a peaceful and easy to access location, a perfect base for loads of great local attractions and the ideal start to our New Zealand adventure - highly recommended.

Our stay was perfect, the accommodation had everything we needed. Our hosts went to the effort of providing a beautiful breakfast with amazing freshly baked bread. The bed was extremely comfy and everything was spotless. The outdoor spa was clean. We would absolutely stay again.
