the property was perfect. the kitchen was well stocked with equipment, the bedrooms and bathrooms were large and the beds were so comfy! then the balcony and outdoor area was stunning. amazing views of the mountains and the city.

The area where the accommodation was, was beautiful. It was close to s stream, walkable. It was also close to a restaurant a small shop and other beautiful streams and walking trails. There was a heated swimming pool that was great for spending some time in at night. Also the towels was nice and fluffy. There were an AC, but it is cool enough for it not to be needed.

The quality of the staff in all venues is outstandig, highy professional and Panamenian cordial at the same time, they go out of their way to please you. One night we called the front desk because there was a party at the Hotel and you could hear the music, the volume was immediately lowered and the following day, the manager Ms. Carol Wong called to apologize and later sent some fruits. The buffet is one of the best you will find anywhere, both in variety and quality, it's amazing. The room very comfortable and sqeaky clean. The location in Costa del Este unbeatable
