The staff is simply amazing. They went over the moon to help me, from letting me have early check-in and late checkout without any surcharge to taxi calling and local suggestions. Also: the price is extremely competitive. My room was very nice and don't worry about the renovation, you won't hear any noise (I think it's nearly done).

The staff where very nice and accommodating and when I asked them to cut up my pineapple I had bought they did so! The room came with a fridge which was ideal for us as it was quite hot. A great choice of breakfast
